Motorsport as a role model - the simulators from Home of Sim Racing® - Manufaktur adopt some of the most important concepts of motorsport: weight reduction and high-strength frame construction. SHORI®, MAKii®, and KYOSO® simulators adhere to this standard and impress with quality, design, features, and the diverse possibilities to customize the systems to individual preferences. Alongside a wide selection of different pedals, seats, and steering wheels, we offer extensive customizations in terms of color, paint, wrapping, display technology, material selection, and individual components. The D-BOX Motion systems we use are the only systems worldwide that are FIA® certified and have a load capacity of up to 750 KG. Thanks to the lightweight frame, the resulting dynamics of our simulators are exceptional. Our extensive experience in tuning D-BOX systems combines hardware and simulation into a superior experience. In our showroom in Böblingen, you have the opportunity to configure your simulator individually and test the various systems. Our simulators are compatible with all popular motorsport simulations (e.g., Assetto Corsa, Assetto Corsa Competition, iRacing, etc.)

KYOSO® simulators meet the highest standards for motion systems, driving feel, and motorsport simulators overall. Thanks to state-of-the-art FIA®-certified D-BOX high-performance actuators, we can very precisely simulate the movements of a real vehicle - including full Z-axis movement, i.e., the entire simulator moves up and down, not just the seat. The integrated vibration modules in the actuators also convey engine RPM and various other vibrations such as road surface, curbs, ABS and TC interventions, tire wear ("flat spots"), and more to the driver. The combination of motion and vibrations provides a unique immersion that connects the driver, vehicle, and track. Cumbersome and imprecise seat movers and traction loss constructions are a thing of the past.

The design of the KYOSO series is unique, featuring an elaborate and high-strength "no-flex" tube construction, manufactured using laser-supported techniques directly from the automotive industry. The frame is lightweight, compact, and also serves as a cable conduit between the different components, giving the simulators a clean look.

Another highlight is the screen technology used. As standard, a triple-screen setup with 3 x 55-inch screens (each 4K / 120Hz) is included, making every drive in the simulator a visual experience as well. Alternatively, other screen sizes and single-screen configurations are available, making the system suitable for use even in confined spaces. KYOSO® simulators can be delivered "ready-to-race" to the customer upon request.

In our workshop, customers have the opportunity to customize THEIR simulator. We offer extensive customization options in seats (upholstery, colors, embroidery, logos) and seat shells (including carbon), colors and bi-color paint finishes, carbon packages in various designs, and of course components such as steering wheels or pedals.

All KYOSO® models are CE and 24-hour operation certified. Depending on their specific use (private or commercial use), appropriate models are available.

The components used are equivalent to those of large full-motion systems: high-performance pedal system (including hydraulic), direct-drive force feedback steering system with original motorsport steering wheel and carbon shift paddles, button box, original racing seat, and more.

Pedals, seat, and steering wheel are adjustable for maximum ergonomics and the perfect driving position. And of course, our professionals individually tailor the system to meet the needs of our customers. Regardless of the simulation used, SHORI® simulators offer a high level of ergonomics, driving pleasure, and quality. The unique design allows for very comfortable entry and exit.
